The client’s core needs focus on the medical test tube grabbing function, while also putting forward the requirement of integrating multi-scenario operation flexibility into the design.
After design and optimization, the R&D technical team has adopted the following solution:The FPB30 belt module is used to build a gantry structure, which is set with a stable operating speed of 400mm/s, a load capacity of 2kG, and a repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.01mm.
This structure provides a stable and precise horizontal movement foundation for test tube operations, ensuring the reliability of position control during the operation process. The Z-axis is equipped with three Fsk3oJ modules, which have three core advantages: small size,low noise, and light weight. Meanwhile, the module-integrated electric gripper can directly complete core operations such as transferring samples from the test tube rack to the testing instrument and taking out test tubes after centrifugation, realizing the integrated connection of the sample processing process.
It supports multiple scenario operation modes such as “grabbing, handling and capremoval”, significantly reducing the laboratory equipment procurement cost and thespace occupied by equipment.
