Main Feature

The body of the FPB60 dual-axis synchronous belt module is a precision extruded aluminum profile, and the overall design is lightweight. There are T-shaped nut runners on both sides of the body and the mounting surface of the base to ensure the practicability of the base installation and fixation. The T-nut runners on both sides of the profile can be installed with sensors. Integrated profile and linear guide bearing design, high rigidity, high speed, low friction coefficient, low noise, strong interchangeability and long service life. It is a combination module specially provided for designers and manufacturers of multi-axis linear robotic arms. The double shaft adopts high-hardness chrome-plated anti-rust synchronization rod, and the synchronization wheel adopts 45 steel, which is highly fitted with polyamide steel wire toothed belt, and selects high-quality rolling elements. The force is effectively reduced by 50%, and it is more wear-resistant and quiet. At present, the size and width of the synchronous belt linear module base is 60mm, and the longest effective stroke can reach 3.5 meters.
