The customer is a gene sequencing technology and application provider, and its products are mainly used in the innovative development and application of high-throughput sequencing reagents, sequencing technologies and sequencing platforms.

Solution Design

This non-standard project is mainly used for the equipment used in the customer’s gene sequencing experiment, which is an instrument for determining the base sequence, type and quantification of DNA fragments. Among them, the customer’s customized load is 20KG. In this stage, the FTH14 has a maximum horizontal load of 110KG and a vertical maximum load of 30KG. In addition to high load, it also has the characteristics of high precision, accurate positioning and simple structure. The precision ball screw reduces noise and vibration, and is suitable for most of the medical equipment and instrument industries that have certain requirements on load, accuracy and operating environment.
